🚀Getting Started
1. Logging In
To access the dashboard, you must first log in to your account. Enter your registered email and password on the login screen.
2. Forgot Password
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your email address to receive a reset link. Check your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.
3. Creating an Account
Don't have an account yet? Head over to our Pricing page to choose a plan and sign up for platform access.
📊Dashboard Overview
Once logged in, you will be greeted by the main dashboard interface. This is your central hub for discovering leads.
- Navigation Sidebar: Use the left sidebar to switch between Search, your saved Lists, and application Settings.
- Main Search View: The central area displays a table of companies or contacts matching your current query.
- Filter Panel: Located on the right (or top, depending on screen width), this is where the magic happens.
🔍Using Access Filters
The true power of Email Database comes from its extensive filtering capabilities. You can combine multiple filters to build highly targeted lead lists.
Basic Filters
- Employee Count: Target companies based on their total head count (e.g., 11-50, 51-200).
- Industry Focus: Narrow down to specific sectors like Software, Healthcare, or Finance.
- Location Target: Search for companies globally, by specific countries, or even down to state and city levels.
- Job Titles: Find specific decision-makers (e.g., "CEO", "VP of Marketing").
Advanced Filters
- Revenue Data: Filter companies based on annual recurring revenue (ARR) brackets.
- Technologies: Search for companies utilizing specific tech stacks (e.g., "Stripe", "React", "Salesforce").
- Funding Rounds: Target companies that have recently raised capital (Seed, Series A, etc.).
Pro Tip: You can save combination of filters as a Segment for quick access later.
📥Exporting Leads
Once you have built your perfect list using the filters, you can export the data to use in your favorite outreach tools.
- Select individual records using the checkboxes, or click the master checkbox to select all current results.
- Click the Export button appearing at the top of the table.
- Choose your preferred format (CSV or Excel).
- The download will begin automatically. Make sure your browser allows pop-ups!
